Features, functionality, and availability may change at any time without prior notice to maintain performance and user experience.
To use the Services, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor or lack full legal capacity, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring a minor’s use of the Services and any actions taken through the account.

Notify VanzaX immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. VanzaX is not responsible for losses resulting from failure to safeguard your credentials.
All intellectual property rights related to the Services—including software, algorithms, technology, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation—belong to VanzaX or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you permission to use VanzaX trademarks, logos, or other brand assets.
You own the content you create using the Services (including text, images, audio, and other materials). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights. By using the Services, you grant VanzaX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and analyze user-generated content for platform improvement, service optimization, research and development, and quality assurance. This does not change your ownership or your ability to use your content elsewhere.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Content you upload, create, or generate may be processed and analyzed to improve service quality, refine AI models, enhance user experience, and develop new features. While VanzaX takes reasonable measures to protect user data, we do not guarantee the legality, accuracy, completeness, or quality of user-submitted content. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or create does not violate laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VanzaX does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the extent allowed by law, VanzaX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. The Services may be affected by internet and communications limitations, including outages, delays, congestion, or maintenance.
VanzaX may update these Terms at any time at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email, in-app notices, or a website notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
VanzaX may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including (but not limited to) violations of these Terms, illegal activity, misuse, behavior that harms other users or VanzaX, or long inactivity. After termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. VanzaX is not liable for termination of access.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and VanzaX regarding the Services and replace prior agreements or communications. If any part is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining terms will stay in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
